Include GPS Location Address to a Punch Transaction

GPS Locations can also be included with Punch Transactions. For example, if a home care specialist report to several locations, a GPS Registration would differentiate with punches for particular locations.

To Associate a GPS Location Address with Punch Transactions:

1. Click the Clock in the Punches column (Figure 1).

2. Select Add New Punch and the Add Punch Transaction window will appear (Figure 2).

3. Enter the Date of the Punch.

4. Enter the Time of the punch in the text field.

5. Check the Include GPS Location Address: checkbox is checked

6. Click OK.
