Locate an Employee
Specific employees are located easily using the Find text field.
The Find text field (Figure 1) has several search options for locating employee information, employee properties or contact information. When searching for employee contact information, the returned results will typically drill to the Personal Information page, although the drill to option can be configured to show alternate pages when the employee name is selected.
Note: There a multiple ways to get to an employee record.
To Locate an Employee
1. Enter the employee’s last name, first name, badge number, or employee ID in the Find text field (Figure 1).
2. Click Enter. A list of employees matching the text entered in the Find field will appear (Figure 2).
3. Select the employee from the list to view their detail information.
