How to Terminate an Employee in tmsConneXion v4
Summary
This document addresses how to terminate an employee in tmsConneXion v4. Users with the proper rights will have access to terminate an employee.
Terming an Employee
1. From the menu, open Team Management and select Manage (Figure 1).
2. From the Active Employee list, find the employee and select the red Terminate button (Figure 3).
3. Click OK (Figure 3).
4. The termination date defaults to the current day; change as necessary. If the badge number is to be reused, check the box next to Release Badge and click Submit (Figure 3).
5. The employee has now moved to the Terminated Employees list.
