Verifying Employee Electronic w2 and ACA Forms Enrollment in tmsPay

Summary

This document outlines how to verify an employee is enrolled in electronic W-2 and ACA Forms.

 

Verifying Electronic Enrollment

  1. Once logged in to tmsPay, select Company (Figure 1).

  2. From ESS Setup, select User Administration (Figure 2).

  3. From the User Administration tab, the last three columns will indicate with check marks if the employee has opted for electronic copies of their W-2 and/or their ACA forms.  If the employee has opted for electronic copies, they will not receive a hard copy of these documents.  Once uploaded, they will be able to be printed from the My Ready Pay Kiosk (Figure 3).
