*Menu Name Changes

         *The Operations menu has been changed to Team Management.

         *The Home menu will include the company name if less than 20 characters.

*Employee Password Encryption

          *Previously, Payroll Managers could view all employee tmsConneXion passwords and change.

          *Due to security protocols, passwords will no longer be able to be seen.

          *Payroll Managers will have the option to reset an employees passwords.  When reset, the employee will receive an email notification and it will reset to firstname/lastname/employeeID.

        *Employees will now be able to see all time off requests  and approvals for all employees on the Calendar page.  Previously, they could only see their co-workers.

        *Payroll Managers will now be able to add dashboard messages to a Notification Bell in the upper corner of tmsConneXion.

          *The option to upload payroll hours to QuickBooks Online has been added.

          *tmsTime2Pay will now appear in the sidebar under TMSTime for users with a Payroll Manager role.

          *Users will select Sign-in and enter their Quickbooks credentials to use.

*Workgroup Export on tmsKiosk

          *An export was created to reduce loading time on the tmsKiosk Transfer page.

*tmsTIme iFrame Sizing

         *Employee and Manager Portal frames will shrink to the window size to reduce the need for horizontal scrolling on smaller screens.

*Kiosk Store Punches

           *Payroll Managers can set Store Punches, which will allow employee punches to be accepted almost immediately.

           *Stored punches will be sent to employee time cards in 15-minute intervals.

*Hide Pay Rate

            *Allows Rate of Pay to be hidden from specific staff through creating and applying with a Custom Role

*QR Code Creation for Punching, Transfer and Transfer Building in tmsKiosk

           *Create QR codes that allow employees to quickly punch and transfer with distributed codes.

           *QR codes can also be created to Transfer Building where QR codes are posted on floors, in departments or other buildings and employees can scan to transfer to that place.

               *Payroll Managers will be able to apply a new level of Workgroup restriction with Single WG Restriction.

                *When applied, this restriction will limit the workgroups than an employee will have to select when using tmsKiosk.

               *tmsKiosk setup will have General Settings and Transfer Settings as menu options when configuring tmsKiosk.

                *Deactivating the first image on the Dashboard prevented the slideshow from displaying and scrolling.

*Image Upload Extensions

                *Valid images were being rejected if the file type was upper case (.PNG or .JPEG)

*Validation for Employment Setup

                *When a Manager Usertype is changed to ManagerEmployee or Employee Usertype, the user will now be taken to sections with required fields like Employee details (EmpId, Badge, WGs, Payclass etc).

                *Previously, would allow the user to Save on the User Setup section of the wizard and skip required fields on Employment Setup and TMSTime Setup.

*Show Activation Date when Reactivating

                *When an Employee is reactivated using the Green check mark in the Terminated list, the Reactivation date will now be shown in a pop up similar to Termination date.

*Adding Release Notes and Version Number in the UI

                *Clicking on the version number at the bottom left of the screen will navigate to the Release notes document in the Support Library.

*Display User Name in Edit User Wizard

                *The employee’s first and last name will now display when editing the user.

                *Previously displayed Edit User.
