Summary of Discussion:

 *Time Management Systems are not PBJ nor CMS consultants; these are what we believe are the best practices for preparing reports for CMS.

    *Create a folder on a nework drive specifically for your PBJ files and subfolders for the year and possible the quarter.

    *Run the Hours Control Report after each pay period.  By doing this, the payroll manager can stay on top of any employee's timecards that have more than 24 hours in a day and fix them as needed.

    *Don't wait to run the reports until they are due (in the 45 day grace period) as any data rejections will require TMS to correct historical information.
