Creating Extended Filter Sets in Visual Scheduling

This document addresses work instructions on how to create extended filter sets in Visual Scheduling to see more employees.

 

Creating Filter Sets

  1. Click on the schedule under a Work Position (Figure 1).

  2. Select View Candidates (Figure 2).

  3. Click My Filter Set and Customize (Figure 3).

  4. Click Create Another Filter Set and name it Extended Pool (Figure 4).

  5. Click on Add Filter (Figure 5).

  6. Select Extended Work Positions Labor Pool (Figure 6).

  7. Change the setting from Off to On (Figure 7).
