Uploading a Photo to the Employee Profile

Summary

This document addresses work instructions for how to Upload a Photo to the Employee Profile.

 

To Upload a Photo:

1. Search for an employee

2. Access the timecard of the employee you wish to add a photo. (Figure 1).

3. Click on the timecard drop-down menu (Figure 2).

4. Select Basic next to the Personal Information button from the drop-down menu (Figure 3).

Note:   Additional employee Personal Information pages may be accessed from this view.

5. In the Photo section, click Browse and select the employee’s photo.  Click Upload Selected Image (Figure 4).
